Questions about BOTOX®?

We’ve got answers.

BOTOX® is a treatment that is prescribed by your doctor. It prevents headaches and migraine attacks* before they even start.

If you don’t get 2 treatments 12 weeks apart, you may not get the full benefit of BOTOX® treatment at week 24.

The most common side effects in clinical trials were neck pain (9% or 9 out of 100 people taking BOTOX® vs 3% or 3 out of 100 people taking placebo) and headache (5% or 5 out of 100 people taking BOTOX® vs 3% or 3 out of 100 people taking placebo).

BOTOX® is injected using small needles. Injections are shallow and are administered in muscles, just beneath the skin. The injections take about 10 minutes, every 3 months, and are done right in your doctor’s office.
