BOTOX® List Price

The Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC), also known as the list price, is $1,244 for a 200-Unit vial.
WAC may not reflect price paid by patients.

Most patients pay $68 or less per 12-week treatment.

Medicare

On average, $196 per 12-week treatment.

Monthly out-of-pocket costs for BOTOX® may vary depending on patient’s other medication costs.
